Robert Liška is a seasoned business executive with over 25 years of experience leading and supporting ventures across the United States and Europe. His business journey began in the family-founded company, Durotech-Airlessco, a pioneer in airless spray equipment. Growing up in a hands-on entrepreneurial environment, Robert developed a deep appreciation for innovation, perseverance, and the full lifecycle of bringing an idea to market—from concept to production to meeting demand.
Today, Robert channels that early foundation into his role as a strategic angel investor, focusing on startups that are shaping the future. He currently serves as a lead angel investor in Intec Bioplastics, Inc., where his insight and leadership play a vital role in helping the company scale and succeed.
A graduate of Pepperdine University with a B.S. in Sports Coaching, Robert combines strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset—guiding teams, mentoring founders, and driving growth through experience and vision.

Jennifer Jackson

Jennifer Jackson is an experienced operations and strategy executive with over a decade of leading growth across global brands and investment platforms. She specializes in scaling organizations, aligning cross-functional teams, and executing complex initiatives across real estate, consumer, and technology sectors. As Chief of Staff at Brener Group of Companies, Jennifer worked alongside executive leadership to drive strategy and operations across 15+ international portfolio companies, supporting growth, brand alignment, and enterprise-level execution. She also played a key role in scaling internal teams and overseeing major real estate transactions. Jennifer is the Founding Partner of Jackson Capital Ventures, where she led over $250 million in M&A transactions and advised portfolio companies on growth strategy, operations, and exit planning. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

She holds an MBA in International Business and a BBA in Accounting from National University, bringing a strong academic foundation to her hands-on leadership in finance, human resources, and administration. Dinah has led end-to-end financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, with deep expertise in GAAP standards, audit and tax preparation, and SOX and SEC reporting.
Manuel “Manny” De La Torre is a results-driven sales and marketing professional with over a decade of experience building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth across competitive markets. He has a proven track record in account development, strategic sales execution, and customer retention, having successfully expanded client bases and exceeded performance targets throughout his career. Manny has held leadership roles in both regional marketing and sales, where he specialized in identifying market opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he brings a relationship-first approach and deep industry knowledge that consistently translates into measurable business growth.
Su Spector is a detail-oriented sales and compliance professional with hands-on experience in the cannabis industry, specializing in inventory management, regulatory compliance, and customer engagement. With a strong foundation in both sales and operations, Su has supported brand growth through strategic outreach, client relationship management, and accurate data tracking within highly regulated environments. Senator Richard Polanco (Ret.)

Senator Richard Polanco is Managing Director of Tres Es Inc., a government affairs and lobbying firm representing public agencies and private sector clients, including major energy companies and water districts. Elected through the California State Assembly in 1986 and the State Senate in 1994, Polanco served 16 years in the legislature, including Senate Majority Leader from 1998 to 2002. He is widely recognized for leasing the Latino Legislative Caucus and expanding Latino representation in the legislature. Throughout his career, Polanco has championed underserved communities, authoring legislation across water, energy, telecommunications, housing, education, and economic development. In 2002, he founded the California Latino Caucus Institute for Public Policy, a nonprofit focused on leadership development and advancing social and economic progress. He has served on numerous boards and as an advisor across energy, education, and technology sectors. Since June 2023, Senator Polanco has supported Intec Bioplastics, helping advance the development of its first ESSF facility in Los Angeles County.

Prior to Virent, he spent 25 years at LyondellBasell leading all aspects of new product development and commercialization from inception to sale. During this time, he led the successful commercial development and launch of several new products. Frank has an PhD in chemistry and an MBA in finance. Developed over twenty patents and various IP.

Edward has developed Intec's flagship product Hercules BioFlex™ stretch wrap film.He has also developed more than 500 different Bio-resin formulas.His expertise in manufacturing spans his 50 years in business. He believes that persistence is the key to success and second chances opportunity usually will yield Success. His goal to lead Intec to a NASDAQ listing and then fully focus on IP Technology and Manufacturing to make Intec a Multi-billion dollar company.
